CEDA was established:
  • to enhance public participation in the use, management and protection of the environment,
  • to promote opportunities to conserve and restore an healthy environment
  • to enforce the rights to clean and healthy environment through advocacy, mentoring, strategic partnerships and raising awareness about environmental issues.
